Melissa Worcester currently serves as the Executive Director of Behavioral Health at Optum, a position held since August 2020. Prior to this role, Melissa worked at Beacon Health Options for over a decade, where responsibilities included serving as AVP of Client Partnerships and RI State Program Director.
