Meredith Katz

Meredith Katz is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for OptumHealth and Optum Rx, where they lead the talent acquisition team for both provider and non-provider roles. Previously, Katz held various positions at Optum, including Senior Director of Recruiting, where they received multiple CandE Awards for exceptional candidate experiences and played a key role in the integration of DaVita Medical Group post-acquisition. Katz also served as Director of Recruiting at DaVita Medical Group and Senior Executive Recruiter at DaVita Kidney Care. Earlier in their career, Katz owned Katzco HCI, a consulting firm specializing in human resource strategies, and served as Corporate Human Resources Director for a property management company. Katz is currently pursuing education at Texas Tech University.
