Michael Hanton

Michael Hanton is currently a Co-Founder at Accessibility Ireland and a Principal Digital Accessibility Engineer at Optum/UnitedHealth Group, having joined the latter in 2022. Previously, Michael worked in various roles, including as an Accessibility Specialist at Skillsoft and a Strategy Consultant at PwC. With extensive experience in frontend development at Strata3, Michael contributed to major projects for clients such as Electric Ireland and RTÉ Radio. Michael holds a B.Sc. in Enterprise Computing from Dublin City University and a postgraduate diploma in Computing from Dublin Institute of Technology.
