Michael Standriff

Michael Standriff studied psychology and sociology at Augustana College with the initial goal of becoming a clinical psychologist. After moving to Seoul, South Korea, to teach English, they accumulated over a decade of teaching experience before transitioning to the healthcare industry. Currently, Michael serves as the Director of Client Management at Optum, where they lead a team and act as the main contact for a major coalition partner, providing strategic advice and problem-solving for clients. Previously, Michael held various roles, including Strategic Account Manager at CVS Health, where they managed client relationships and coordinated projects. Outside of work, they enjoy exploring Chicago and participating in recreational kickball.
