Micki Schaffer is the CEO and Founder of MŌR JOY, where they help individuals create joyful and meaningful lives through coaching rooted in positive psychology. With over two decades of experience in health care, Micki has held various strategic roles at organizations such as Optum and Linkwell Health, focusing on client relations and product delivery. Previously, they owned and operated Mankato's first Pilates studio and managed health and wellness departments at both YMCA and America's Racquet and Fitness Center. Currently, Micki is pursuing a Master’s degree in Health Science at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
