Mindy Darling

Mindy Darling is a skilled Nurse Practitioner currently serving at Optum, specializing in complex care management for post-acute patients and participating as a George Washington University Geriatrics Fellow. They have held multiple leadership roles at Optum, including Lead Nurse Practitioner and Senior Nurse Practitioner, and have contributed significantly to infection prevention and EMR championing. Mindy also teaches as an Adjunct Faculty member at Grand Canyon University, where they have taught over 175 courses in the nursing program. Prior to their current roles, they gained valuable experience as an RN at Carondelet Health Network and co-administrator at Tucson Pulmonology. They earned their MSN, FNP, and BSN with honors from the University of Arizona.
