Mitchell Bailey

Mitchell Bailey is the VP of Technology Solution Design at Optum, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Mitchell worked at Cerner Corporation as a Foreign Systems Integration Analyst from 2001 to 2003, followed by roles at Capgemini and Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where they served as an Interface Analyst and Integration Developer/Project Manager, respectively. Mitchell's consulting experience includes time at Deloitte Consulting, where they progressed through various levels up to Senior Manager. They earned a degree in Management of Information Services from Ottawa University from 1996 to 2001.
