Mitchell White

Mitchell White is an Associate Director in Talent Development and Learning, advocating for the well-being of health care providers through data collection and system innovation. Previously, at Optum, they served as a Strategic Talent Consultant, supporting a workforce of approximately 60,000 employees and leading initiatives to enhance employee experience. Mitchell also worked as a Total Hip Prosthesis Recall Research Correspondent at Summit Orthopedics, where they collaborated with researchers from Harvard University and Massachusetts General Hospital. They hold a Master’s degree in Performance Psychology from National University and a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Simpson College.
