Mitra S is a counselling psychologist currently serving as a Consultant Psychologist at Optum, where they provide one-on-one counselling support to employees, focusing on their emotional and psychological well-being. They have gained valuable experience through various roles as a trainee counsellor across multiple institutions, including Shree Devi College of Nursing and St. Aloysius (Deemed to be University). Mitra holds an M.Sc in Counseling Psychology from the School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, Mangalore, and a B.Sc in Psychology from Dwaraka Doss Goverdhan Doss Vaishnav College.
