Monica Ott

Monica Ott is a board-certified geriatrician with over 15 years of experience in post-acute and long-term care settings. They have held various leadership roles, including Medical Director at Optum and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Indiana University, where they educated medical students and residents. Currently, Monica serves as Medical Director for Care Transitions at Optum and Chief Medical Officer for Signature Advantage health plan, while continuing their medical education.
