Patricio Cobos

Patricio Cobos is a seasoned leader in operational transformation and network management, currently serving as a Lean Transformation Champion at Optum since February 2020, where responsibilities include enhancing operations and patient experiences within Care Delivery Organizations. Prior experience at UnitedHealth Group, from January 2006 to February 2020, includes roles such as Vice President for National Network Adequacy and Process, overseeing provider network sufficiency for UHC members, and Vice President for Network Programs in the Southeast Region, focused on implementing and improving network programs. Additionally, positions held include Director of Regional Network Operations Performance and roles spanning various aspects of process management and Six Sigma consulting. Patricio Cobos holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth and participated in a business administration program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
