Patrick McCarthy

Patrick McCarthy is dedicated to making impactful changes at a large scale in the health care sales industry. Currently working with employers to incorporate medical benefit management solutions into employee benefit plans, Patrick focuses on understanding customer needs and providing tailored clinical intervention solutions. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Saint Thomas, Patrick’s previous roles include Solution Sales Executive and Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Optum, as well as experience at Play It Again Sports and Fitness and Sentry Insurance. Their success is attributed to ongoing curiosity and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
