With extensive experience in claims operations and policy implementation in healthcare, Paula has held various leadership roles at Optum and UnitedHealthcare, managing complex case adjustments and enhancing payment integrity processes. They are pursuing a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from the American College of Education, alongside a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a certification in Medical Insurance Coding from Hennepin Technical College.
