Philip Ottum

Philip Ottum is the Associate Director of Provider Network Adequacy at Optum. They previously held various roles at Logistics Health Incorporated from 2010 to 2016, including Customer Service Trainer, Training Supervisor, and Business Process Analyst. Prior to that, Philip taught Social Studies at El Paso Independent School District from 2007 to 2009. Philip earned a B.S. in Social Science Secondary Education from Winona State University, graduating in 2006.
