Phillip Acton has extensive experience in various roles, primarily in coaching and service management. Phillip served as a Temperature Screener at AdventHealth Central Florida from June 2020 to April 2022, and worked as a Vacation Planner and Pass Sales at Universal Orlando Resort between February 2021 and April 2022. Prior to this, Phillip held the position of Travel Specialist at AAA from October 2017 to 2019. Currently, Phillip is a Service Account Manager Sr at Optum, responsible for coordinating issue management for the Rally product/platform. With 25 years in gymnastics as a Program Director and Head Coach, Phillip has developed strong skills in customer service, project management, and team building. Educational qualifications include degrees in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching, Kinesiology and Exercise Science, and Secondary Education from various institutions, including the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Valencia College.
