Polly K. is an experienced educational consultant currently working with Optum since January 2024. Previously, Polly has held a significant role as a Professional Revenue Cycle Management Advisor at Change Healthcare since May 2021. Polly’s extensive career includes over a decade at Availity RCM as an Implementation Coordinator, where responsibilities involved managing the implementation and training of remote clients while assisting with payer paperwork and claim errors. Polly has also contributed as an instructor at MedTech College, educating on various aspects of medical billing and coding. As a Client Service Manager at Zotec Partners, travel was required to consult with clients on accounts receivable needs. Past experience includes management of billing personnel as a Physician Billing Manager at both Riverview Medical Group and St. Vincent Hospital. Polly served as President of the Central IN Chapter AAPC and holds various certifications including CPC and CRCR. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree from Olivet Nazarene University in Commercial/Graphic Art and an Associate’s Degree in Business.
