Prasanth Botla, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Agile Delivery at Optum, overseeing Agile program delivery across multiple workstreams and managing cross-functional teams. With a history of delivering significant client-facing initiatives generating $4–$8M in revenue, Prasanth has successfully held leadership roles at Walgreens Boots Alliance and Cotiviti, where responsibilities included managing multimillion-dollar implementations and directing customer success strategies. Prasanth's extensive experience in program management spans various positions, including Project Manager at Emergent Holdings and Lead Business Analyst at Cigna Healthcare, complemented by an MBA in Marketing from Ohio University and a BCA in Computer Applications from Osmania University.
