Randi Wichern is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client management and project execution. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Optum Client Management and a Senior Consultant in FINOPS Advisory Services at Optum, Randi previously held roles at BJC HealthCare as a Senior Financial Analyst and at Revele as a Client Performance Manager/Consultant. Randi’s early career includes positions as an Executive Assistant at SSM Health St. Louis and a Telephone Report Specialist at SLMPD.
