Richa Sharma

Richa Sharma has a solid background in leadership and management, with experience spanning over a decade in various roles. Richa began career as a Team Lead at Horizon/PMG Outsource from February 2013 to October 2017 and later transitioned to Pacific Global Inc. as a Team Lead from October 2017 to January 2019. Richa further advanced to Optum, serving as both Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager from February 2019 to February 2023. Richa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Madhav University, completed in 2011, and possesses a foundational education in Business/Commerce from Modern Era Convent, where studies were completed in 2008.
