Rick Frank

Rick Frank is an experienced professional in information systems and operations, currently serving as the Associate Vice President of IS Operations at Optum since March 2023. Previously, Rick held the position of Director of IS Operations Business Partner at Northern Light Health from January 2020 to January 2024. Prior roles include Director of IS Enterprise Infrastructure Services and Director of Technology Support Services at EMHS, where oversight extended to network infrastructure, datacenter operations, and technology support services. Rick began a career in information systems at The Aroostook Medical Center, contributing as Director of Information Systems and Network Analyst for nearly 17 years. Rick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Husson University and an Associate's degree in Computer Electronics from Northern Maine Community College.
