Rick Randick, CPA, is the Associate Director of Finance at Optum, where they transitioned following the Change Healthcare acquisition in 2022. With over ten years of experience in financial planning and analysis, Rick has previously held roles as a Senior Financial Analyst at Tribune Publishing Company and Mattersight Corporation, among others. They have developed key performance indicator metric reports and standardized financial reporting across various markets. Rick holds a Master of Professional Accountancy from Elmhurst College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Benedictine University.
