Rob Stevenson is the Deputy General Counsel at OptumRx at Optum, specializing in health, pharmacy, compliance, digital, and employment law. With extensive management experience, they have a broad understanding of pharmacy and related industries, and are licensed to practice law in Texas and New York, in addition to being admitted as Authorized House Counsel in Florida. Rob previously served as Senior Legal Counsel at CVS Health, where they managed a legal team supporting long-term care pharmacy operations and provided regulatory guidance for COVID-19 testing. Their experience also includes roles as a Practice Leader for Health Law at Walmart and as a Labor and Employment Attorney at multiple firms. Rob is currently pursuing further education at The University of Texas School of Law.
