Roy Glazier

Roy Glazier currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at Optum, a position held since April 2023, where leadership is provided to the new business development team focused on comprehensive payment solutions for Payers, Health Plans, and TPAs. Prior to this, Glazier was the Vice President of Sales at Change Healthcare from January 2011 to April 2023. Glazier has a background that includes serving as Senior Vice President of Client Services & Sales at iHealth Technologies from January 2007 to May 2010, where sales and client management for payment policy management solutions were directed. Earlier experience includes a role as Vice President of Corporate Business Development at MedAvant Healthcare Solutions from June 1997 to November 2006, overseeing strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities, as well as leading sales and account management teams. Glazier began the professional journey as the Director of Medical Sales at National Data Corporation from January 1996 to May 1997, where sales efforts for both providers and payers were spearheaded. Glazier holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
