Ruth Turman

Ruth Turman, CP APMP Fellow and PAHM, is a Sr. Sales Operations Manager at Optum Serve, bringing extensive expertise in technology, proposal management, project management, and quality assurance. They have previous experience as a Proposal Manager at Optum and have served on the boards of two international non-profit organizations. Ruth holds a B.S. from The University of the State of New York Regents College and is currently the Secretary of the Excelsior University Alumni Leadership Council. With a unique blend of analytical and creative problem-solving skills, Ruth enjoys exploring organizational cultures and their impact on teams.
