Ryan Andersen

Ryan Andersen is currently the eGRC (Archer) Product Manager at Optum, having transitioned to this role in 2020. Prior to this, Ryan served as a Senior Internal Audit Consultant and Internal Audit Consultant at UnitedHealth Group from 2013 to 2020, where they developed and maintained audit methodologies and fostered relationships with business partners. Ryan's early career included a position as Sales Floor Team Leader at Target from 2002 to 2014, where they focused on training team members and driving sales. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from the Minnesota School of Business, which they completed in 2012.
