Ryan Murphy

Ryan Murphy has extensive experience in healthcare management, primarily in leadership roles within Optum from March 2020 to May 2025, including positions as Market President for Optum Insight Provider and Senior Vice President for both Product and Strategy and Operations. Responsibilities included managing P&L, strategic growth, client relations, and leading a global workforce of 70,000. Prior to Optum, Ryan served as General Manager at The Advisory Board Company, where the supply chain division and commercial strategy were directed, along with experience in project management at Pantheon Software and management roles at Endeavor Health Group and Bearingpoint. Ryan holds an Executive Education certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Government and History from Georgetown University.
