Ryan Rappleye

Ryan Rappleye is currently the VP of Finance for Optum in the Mountain West region, a position held since 2023. With extensive experience in financial roles, Ryan previously served in various capacities at Optum, including Senior Financial Consultant and Director of Finance for Nevada. Prior to their tenure at Optum, Ryan was the Senior Internal Auditor at Allegiant Air and worked in internal audit management at Bally Technologies. Ryan also has a military background as a Field Artillery Automated Tactical Data Systems Specialist with the Army National Guard from 1999 to 2008. They earned both a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Accounting from Southern Utah University.
