Ryan Strunk

Ryan Strunk has extensive experience in accessibility management, most recently serving as Accessibility Manager and Senior Accessibility Manager at Optum from May 2021 to January 2022. Prior to this, Ryan worked at Target from April 2013 to February 2019 as Lead Accessibility Consultant, ensuring the accessibility of Target.com app experiences for individuals with disabilities. Between February 2019 and May 2021, Ryan held the position of Accessibility Manager at UnitedHealthcare. Ryan's early career included roles such as Special Assistant at the National Federation of the Blind, where responsibilities included coordinating national campaigns for literacy initiatives, and Communications Instructor at Blindness: Learning In New Dimensions (BLIND Inc.), focusing on technology curriculum development and Braille instruction. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Nebraska Lincoln, obtained in 2005.
