Sandy McElfresh is an Integration Lead in M&A at Optum, leveraging over 15 years of technology experience to drive value through effective project management and stakeholder communication. Previously, Sandy held various roles, including Sr. Engagement Owner at Cerner Corporation and Global Program Manager at Thomson Reuters, where they managed complex telecommunications and call center projects. Sandy has also worked as a Sr. IT Consultant and was a full-stack development student at the University of Minnesota. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management from DeVry Institute of Technology and several professional certifications, including PMP and Certified Scrum Master.
