Sarah Brown is currently the Director of Provider Network Management at Optum Serve, where they oversee and develop a high-quality provider network. With a strong background in project management, data management, and healthcare policy, Sarah has previously held various roles, including Business Development Manager at Sound Physicians and Network Development Partner at The MetroHealth System. They earned an MBA in Health Care Administration from Cleveland State University and a BA in Business Administration, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Mount Union. Their earlier experiences include serving as an Administrative Fellow and Graduate Assistant, contributing to various initiatives aimed at improving healthcare access and efficiency for clients.
