Sarah Bruning is a Senior Content Designer at Optum, where they strategize and create content for the monthly member newsletter and advise on UX copy. Previously, they held positions as a Senior Editor for Us Weekly and Women's Health, where they managed lifestyle content and features. Sarah has also contributed to various publications as a freelance writer and editor, highlighting trends across different platforms. They graduated with a B.A. from the University of Southern California and are currently expanding their education at the College of International Studies in Madrid.
