Shanel Jackson

Shanel Jackson, PT, is a clinical leader with a progressive background in sales, program management, and provider relations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Provider Relations at Optum, Shanel develops and maintains key relationships with providers and health plan partners while analyzing data to improve performance outcomes. Prior experience includes roles as a Clinical Program Manager at ACP and Division Manager at Encompass Health, where Shanel successfully implemented clinical programs and directed sales processes. Shanel is pursuing a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy at Rockhurst University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from The University of Tulsa.
