Shawn Schaefer

Shawn Schaefer is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in risk strategy, growth, and network management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Risk Strategy & Growth at Optum since January 2018, where efforts focus on enhancing value-based care. Prior to this role, Shawn held multiple vice president positions at UnitedHealth Group, overseeing OptumCare's network and product initiatives.
