Shubham Ghosal

Shubham Ghosal is a Machine Learning Engineer and Natural Language Processing (NLP) specialist with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Currently, Shubham works as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Optum, where they design and implement robust ML systems and optimize models for production environments. Previously, Shubham has held positions as a Data Scientist at Gartner and a Research Data Scientist at dunnhumby, among other roles. In addition to technical expertise, Shubham founded Asha for Education, organizing a national-level olympiad to promote comprehensive student development.
