Sinan Liu

Sinan Liu is a Senior Data Scientist at Optum, having transitioned from a Data Scientist II role at UnitedHealth Group. Prior to this, Sinan held various positions in data science, including roles at BLEND360 and BurnAlong. Sinan's early career included an internship in marketing event planning at CreditEase, where they significantly reduced the marketing budget and increased sales through innovative strategies. Sinan earned a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business Administration from East China University of Political Science and Law, followed by a Master of Science in Marketing Analytics from the University of Maryland College Park.
