Sparsh Varshney

Sparsh Varshney has over nine years of experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as a Process Expert at Optum since January 2015. In this role, Sparsh Varshney focuses on processing claims within service level agreements (SLAs) and providing training to new employees to enhance their understanding of processes. Prior to Optum, Sparsh Varshney worked as a Claims Associate at UnitedHealth Group from January 2015 to February 2017. Educationally, Sparsh Varshney holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, an M.Com in Accounting and Finance, and an Executive MBA, as well as an ongoing MBA in Business Analytics from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
