Spoorthy Gowda

Spoorthy Gowda currently serves as an EAP Counselor at Optum since January 2025, after a brief role in Talent Acquisition at Capco. Previously, Spoorthy worked as an Affiliate Consultant at Optum Health & Technology Holdings from November 2022 to September 2024, where responsibilities included providing counseling through various modes and enhancing employee engagement via the Employee Assistance Program. Spoorthy has also held the position of In-house Counsellor at YourDOST and served as a Behavioral Intake Counselor at Optum Health & Technology—UnitedHealth Groups, focusing on counseling sessions, training development, and program management. Spoorthy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Information Sciences from Visvesvaraya Technological University, a post-graduate diploma in Psychological Counseling from Jain University, and is pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Jain (Deemed-to-be University).
