Stan Ruszkowski

Stan Ruszkowski is the Vice President of National Channel and Product Consumer Lead for Behavioral Health Solutions at Optum, a role they have held since 2016. Previously, Stan served in various leadership positions in healthcare, including Director of Home Health Clinical Services at Patient Care and Regional Director at Optum. Stan's early career included supervisory roles at Connecticut VNA and Director of Clinical Services at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Care. They are currently pursuing advanced degrees in nursing at the University of Connecticut and Sacred Heart University, alongside foundational training as a registered nurse from St. Vincent's College.
