Stephen Boulware

Stephen Boulware is a seasoned finance and analytics professional with extensive experience in data analytics and financial management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Data Analytics at Optum since June 2015, Stephen has led the development of cloud-based architecture and PowerBI environments, created self-service analytical tools, and implemented cost reduction programs delivering significant annual efficiencies. Previously, Stephen held various positions in financial analysis at Donaldson and UnitedHealth Group, where accomplishments included managing multi-million dollar budgets, presenting economic analyses to executive leadership, and launching productivity measurement programs. Stephen's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Operations from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
