Stephen Townsend, PMP, is currently the Associate Director of Growth at Portland IPA/Optum Care Network of Oregon, where they leverage extensive knowledge in customer support and process implementation. With a strong background in building and managing customer relationships, Stephen has demonstrated success in understanding client needs and delivering effective solutions. Previously, they held positions, including Senior Manager of Implementations at RealPage, Inc., and have consistently contributed to initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and client satisfaction. Stephen’s educational background includes a BA in Sociology from the University of Portland and a focus on Project Management at Portland State University.
