Steve Ross

Steve Ross is a seasoned professional in medical informatics with extensive experience in both academic and clinical settings. Currently serving as a Senior Physician Advisor at Optum and as a Senior Director of Medical Informatics at the Center for Advanced Clinical Solutions, Steve also holds the position of Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where responsibilities include teaching a graduate course on Health Information Technology. Prior roles include Senior Director of Medical Informatics at Elsevier and Allscripts, with a focus on electronic health record solutions, as well as significant contributions at McKesson Health Solutions and Health Language, where development of provider-friendly terminologies for EHRs was emphasized.
