Sue De Block is currently the Vice President of Transformation PMO at Optum Health, a role they assumed after extensive experience in various senior leadership positions within the organization. Previously, they served as Director of Business Risk Management at Ingenix and held multiple senior director roles focusing on strategic integration, operations, and business planning. De Block began their career in marketing services and transitioned into the healthcare sector, eventually leading various teams through mergers and acquisitions. They completed the Executive Development Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
