Suhani Singh

Suhani Singh is an Associate Software Engineer at Optum since March 2024, with experience in developing and maintaining enterprise-grade billing solutions utilizing Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB), ensuring compliance and accuracy in billing. Key achievements include designing a Delinquency Health Check batch for automating process validation, mitigating billing failures for over 2 million accounts, and managing premium calculation fallouts for over 5 million members. Prior to Optum, Suhani interned at Deloitte from January 2023 to April 2023, contributing to system enhancements for the Deloitte Procurement Studio – SAP Fieldglass team and providing frontline production support. Suhani holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Instrumentation from Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science, completed in 2023.
