Susan Chase

Susan Chase is a Learning Leader with over 10 years of experience in instructional design and employee training, currently serving as the Associate Director of Provider Education & Training at Optum. They oversee the development and implementation of training materials for the Veterans Benefits Administration's Medical Disability Examinations Program. Previously, Susan held roles including Instructional Design Manager at Kaplan Professional and Content Manager and Lead Instructional Designer at CGS. They earned a Master of Science in Training & Development from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and have a strong background in adult learning theory and assessment design. Their mission is to inspire and develop others through innovative learning experiences.
