Susan Riley is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in start-up, turnaround, and growth-stage healthcare services and technology companies. Currently, they serve as Vice President of Senior Community Care at Optum, as well as Founder and CEO of flo, LLC, which addresses high costs in post-acute care for COPD patients. Riley co-founded P.A.R. and has held leadership roles in various organizations, including President and CEO at TripleCare and AirLogix. Additionally, they have been a Board Member at the Population Health Alliance and Carematix Inc. since 2015 and 2007, respectively. Susan holds a BSN in Nursing from the University of Central Florida.
