Tara Ostrom, MD, FACP, is a Senior Medical Director at Optum Arizona with over eight years of leadership in healthcare. They currently serve as the Board Chair for Optum MSSP ACO and have been recognized as one of the Most Influential Women in Arizona for 2025 and a 2024 Woman Achiever of Arizona.
