Terry Reiser

Terry Reiser is an innovation and strategy leader specializing in Medicaid and Medicare, with extensive experience in managed care, healthcare operations, and program implementation. Currently serving as the Director of Medicaid RFP Services at Optum, Terry advises clients on business strategy and manages large-scale projects aimed at improving operational effectiveness. Previously, Terry held significant roles at Humana and Molina Healthcare, where innovative solutions for Medicaid markets and community health programs were developed and implemented. Terry is pursuing multiple degrees, including a Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Gerontology from the USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology.
