Thomas Isaac

Thomas Isaac currently serves as the Chief Clinical and Value Officer at Optum, a role commenced in January 2024. Prior to this position, Thomas held the title of Chief Quality Officer at Atrius Health from July 2018 to January 2024. Thomas has an extensive background in healthcare management, having worked as the Executive Medical Director for Quality, Safety, and Patient Experience, as well as the Senior Medical Director for the same areas at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from July 2008 to June 2012. Early career experience includes serving as a Clinician Educator and a General Internal Medicine Fellow at the VA Medical Center from June 2005 to June 2008. Thomas obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from Jefferson Health and a Master of Public Health with a focus on clinical effectiveness from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
