Tim Leisio is a principal service and strategy design leader with over 14 years of experience in shaping complex product and service ecosystems. Currently serving as a Principal (UX/UI) Service Designer at Optum, Tim has been instrumental in leading impactful workshops and developing decision-making frameworks that enhance clarity and alignment across multi-disciplinary teams. Previously, Tim held various roles, including designer and information architect, at companies such as Thomson Reuters and ImageTrend. Tim obtained two Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees from Dakota County Technical College, focusing on Nanoscience Technology and Web & Multimedia Design.
