Tracy Monro-Moran

Tracy Monro-Moran, M.Ed., is an experienced professional in instructional design and training, currently serving as the Associate Director of Training at Optum since March 2013. Tracy has held various roles at Optum, including Instructional Design Senior Consultant and Instructional Design Consultant, and focuses on project management in training. Previously, Tracy worked as a contractor at Fredrickson Communications, providing instructional design services for a major health care organization, and held positions at ING where a New Hire Training program for Sales Representatives was created. Additional experience includes serving as Training Team Lead at Deluxe Corporation and Senior Instructor at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota. Tracy holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the College of Saint Benedict.
